6 ounces Greek yogurt, vanilla
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tablespoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Whisk until combined and of pancake batter consistency.
Bake on lightly greased griddle.
Turn when edges look dry.
