Creamy Hot Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    1 cup sour cream
    3 ounces dried beef, rinsed and finely chopped
    2 tablespoons chopped green peppers
    1 1/2 tablespoons minced onions
    1 teaspoon dried green chili pepper flakes (optional)
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    pepper
    raw vegetables or raw cracker
Preparation
    Combine first eight ingredients in a 1 quart baking dish.
    Bake at 375 degrees, uncovered, for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
    Serve with veggies and/or crackers.
