South Of The Border Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup canola oil
    1/3 cup white vinegar
    1/4 cup orange juice
    1 tablespoon minced onion
    1 small garlic clove, crushed
    2 teaspoons sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
    1 teaspoon crushed dried red pepper
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a 1-pint glass jar with a tight-fitting lid.
    Cover and shake well.
    Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Garlic clove may be removed. Shake well before serving.
