Chicken Florentine Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup short macaroni noodles, uncooked
1 1/4 lbs slkinless boneless chicken breasts
3 cups chicken broth
1 cup water
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced seasoned tomatoes
6 ounces fresh Baby Spinach
1 tablespoon italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
fresh grated asiago cheese
Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat. Set aside.
Chop chicken and cook in the bottom of a medium saucepan.
Combine broth, chicken and water and bring to a boil.
Stir in tomatoes and cook to heated through.
Stir in spinach and cook until spinach is wilted.
Stir in seasoning and pepper.
Serve into bowls and sprinkle with asiago cheese.
