Kielbasa With Peppers & Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    16 ounces kielbasa, diced
    6 medium red potatoes, diced
    1 red pepper, diced
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 onion, diced
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Heat oil and butter in dutch overn; saute peppers and onions.
    Remove peppers and onion; place sausage and potatoes in pan. Cover and cook, about 25 minutes; add broth, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are about 10 minutes from being tender.
    Return peppers and onions to pan, add garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste, continue cooking until potatoes are just tender. Stir in 1/2 cup parmesan cheese.
    Serve hot.
