Roast Pork Basting Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cup applesauce
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 bottle beer (I used Labatt's Blue which is a Pilsener)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Baste any roast pork or chops with this sauce it's delicious.
Heat remaining, add salt and pepper and serve on top of cooked meat.
