Two-Step Whole Wheat Pumpkin Bars - cooking recipe

1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup honey
2 eggs
1 cup whole wheat flour, plus
2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup canned pumpkin
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup nuts (optional)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well.
Bake in greased 9x13 baking pan for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees; cool on wire rack.
