Spicy Avocado Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium avocados (fully ripe, peeled, pitted)
    1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
    1/4 cup green onion (sliced)
    1 (1 ounce) envelope ranch dressing mix
    1 tablespoon lime juice
    1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)
Preparation
    MASH avocados with fork or potato masher until smooth.
    ADD remaining ingredients; mix until well blended.
    Cover.
    Refrigerate 1 hour or until chilled.
    SERVE with wheat thins, Snack Crackers, cut-up fresh vegetables or chips.
