Cinnamon Raisin Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups rolled oats
    2 cups oat flour or 2 cups whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
    1/2 cup wheat germ
    1/2 cup sliced almonds
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1 teaspoon ginger
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup oil
    2/3 cup honey
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    1 - 1 1/2 cup raisins
Preparation
    Stir together dry ingredients (oats through salt) in 9x13 baking dish.
    Add oil, honey, and vanilla and stir to combine.
    Bake at 350 degrees for ten minutes; stir in raisins and bake ten more minutes.
    Remove to rack and cool, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
