Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 slices low-fat ham
4 slices swiss cheese
1/2 cup cracker crumb (I prefer low sodium Ritz)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees (F).
Butterfly chicken breasts and lay open.
Place one slice of ham and one slice of cheese on chicken.
Close chicken and secure with toothpicks if desired.
Coat chicken with cracker crumbs.
Repeat for remaining breasts.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
