Mango-Pineapple Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large mango, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch dice
1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple, 1/2-inch dice, peeled, cored and diced
1 tablespoon red onion, diced
1/2 lime, juice of
1 teaspoon minced of fresh mint
1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 - 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
Preparation

In a bowl, stir together the mango, pineapple, onion, lime juice, mint, cilantro and jalapeno.
Cover the salsa and refrigerate until ready to serve.
