Honey Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    120 g butter
    120 g caster sugar
    1 tablespoon honey
    1 egg yolk
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    180 g self raising flour
Preparation
    Beat the butter and sugar together in a bowl until they are creamy.
    Beat in honey then yolk.
    Add the cinnamon and flour and mix into a soft dough.shape into balls should.
    make about 30 biscuits.
    Put into oven heated to 175c or gas mark 4, for about 9 to 12 minutes, allow to settle for a few minutes when out of oven.
