Nif'S Pork & Cranberry Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 teaspoons garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon rosemary, dried
    2 teaspoons olive oil
    1 teaspoon sea salt
    1 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground
    1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
    2 lbs lean pork, ground
    1/2 cup breadcrumbs
    3 egg whites
    2/3 cup dried cranberries, roughly chopped
Preparation
    Stir together garlic, rosemary, olive oil, salt and pepper. If you can make it into a paste (with a mortar and pestle or mash together with the back of a spoon), that's even better.
    In a large bowl, combine everything with your hands. Work ingredients until the are completely mixed. Make into approximately 30 meatballs.
    You can cook these in a nonstick pan or in the oven at 350F until cooked through, internal temperature being 160\u00b0F . The time depends on how big you make your meatballs.
