Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (16 ounce) can pinto beans
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon beef bouillon
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon oregano
salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation

Brown ground beef with onion and green pepper in large skillet or saucepan; drain.
To beef mixture add tomatoes, tomato sauce, pinto beans and seasonings.
Simmer, covered, 1 hour.
Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, green onions.
