Mexican Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons canola oil
    2 tablespoons butter
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 (16 ounce) bag trader joe's frozen fire roasted corn
    1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    cumin (optional)
Preparation
    Melt butter in canola oil on stove and sautee garlic until slightly brown.
    Add frozen corn, chilies, salt and pepper.
    Heat through.
