Buttery Cabbage And Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 teaspoons butter
1/2 medium cabbage, cored and chopped
1 medium onion, sliced
4 medium carrots, shredded
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon celery seed
Preparation

Melt butter, add onion and stir fry 2 minute.
Add carrots, cabbage, salt and celery seed.
Cover and cook over med. heat 10 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Stir in the lemon juice.
