Italian Soup With Dill - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb Italian sausage, browned (I only use 1/2 pound)
    1 (15 ounce) can Italian stewed tomatoes (or chunked)
    1 (14 ounce) can tomato sauce
    45 ounces beef broth
    1 cup mushroom, diced
    1/2 green bell pepper, diced (any color will do)
    1 cup onion, diced
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 cups cheese tortellini
    1 cup dill pickle, chopped
Preparation
    In a dutch oven , fry your sausage until no longer pink.
    Add Italian tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, mushrooms, pepper, onion, and garlic.
    Simmer, on low ,for approx 2 hours.
    Add cheese tortellini and chopped dill pickle.
    Simmer, on low, an additional hour and a half or longer. (the longer the better!).
