Szechuan Beef With Broccoli From Best Of Bridge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    3 tablespoons dry sherry
    1/2 cup oyster sauce
    1/4 cup water
    1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
    2 tablespoons oil
    1 tablespoon ginger, slivered
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1 bunch broccoli, florets
    1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
    2 stalks celery, cut diagonally into 1/2-inch pieces
    6 green onions, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
    2 cups cooked beef, cut into strips
Preparation
    Dissolve cornstarch in sherry, oyster sauce and water.
    Add pepper flakes.
    In a wok or large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat.
    Add ginger and garlic.
    Stir-fry 1 minute.
    Add broccoli, stir-fry 3 minutes.
    Add red pepper, celery and green onions.
    Stir-fry 3 minutes.
    Add cornstarch mixture and beef.
    Stir-fry 3 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
