Ingredients
    6 -8 large onions
    6 lbs tomatoes
    2 lbs jalapeno peppers
    8 small hot yellow peppers (chili capins)
    3 tablespoons vinegar
    1/4 cup sugar
    salt, to taste
    spices, as desired (Lowry's)
Preparation
    Grind with course grinder.
    Preheat oven 250?. Put peppers in and turn often. Do not brown. Bake until skin can be peeled. Peel while still warm.
