Ingredients

1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 medium onion, minced
1 medium green bell pepper, seeded and minced
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
Preparation

Heat the oil in a saucepan.
Add the onion and pepper.
Cook until just soft (do not brown).
Add the garlic, celery seed and Dijon.
Heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Remove from the heat and allow the sauce to sit for 15 minutes.
