Creole Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup flour
4 boneless pork loin chops
4 tablespoons oil
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup sliced celery
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups stewed tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons thyme
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
Preparation

Coat chops with flour; brown in oil.
Remove and keep warm.
In drippings, saute onion, green pepper, celery, and garlic.
Stir in tomatoes, and spices.
Return chops to pan.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
