Ginger Tofu Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb firm tofu
    2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
    4 cups vegetable broth
    3 tablespoons green onions
    1 teaspoon olive oil
Preparation
    Saute ginger and onions in olive oil.
    Add tofu and saute for a few more minutes.
    Add vegetable broth and heat through before serving.
