Sweet Orange Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups coleslaw mix
    2 cups cooked brown rice
    2 granny smith apples
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
Preparation
    Chop the apples (I don't peel them).
    In a small bowl mix the orange juice concentate, mayo, dijon, and salt. In a large serving bowl toss the coleslaw mix, rice, and apples.
    Mix the dressing with the slaw until well coated. Stir in the pecans.
    Chill before serving.
