Big Daddy'S Lemon Pepper Orzo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 cups vegetable stock (or chicken stock)
    1 cup orzo pasta
    2 lemons, juice of
    1/4 cup cream
    1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    2 tablespoons cream cheese (or mascarpone)
    2 tablespoons butter
    2 tablespoons fresh chives
    1 tablespoon cracked black pepper
    1 teaspoon lemon zest
Preparation
    In a medium saute pan, bring the stock to a boil.
    Add the orzo and cook for 7 to 8 minutes until liquid is almost absorbed and orzo is tender. Turn off heat.
    Stir in the remaining ingredients.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve. Enjoy!
