Corned Beef Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 ounces finely chopped corned beef
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1 lb potato
    1 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
    1 tablespoon vinegar
    1 teaspoon celery seed
    chives or green onion
    salt and pepper
    1 tablespoon sugar
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in jackets and cool. Peel and dice. Toss with remaining ingredients except chives.
    Chill and serve with chives or green onions chopped over top.
