Orange Vinaigrette Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon finely chopped shallot
3 tablespoons sherry wine vinegar
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1/8 teaspoon salt (optional)
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/4 - 1/2 cup olive oil
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except olive oil in a bowl with a whisk.
Slowly whisk in olive oil until emulsified.
Place in a cruet or jar with lid and refrigerate.
