Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 ounce) bag frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
    1/2 cup melted butter
    4 eggs
    1/2 cup milk
    1 lb bacon or 1 lb ham, cooked and crumbled
    1 1/2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Squeeze excess moisture from potatoes.
    Mix potatoes and melted butter.
    Press into 13X9 baking pan, coated with cooking spray. Bake at 425\u00b0F for 25 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Sprinkle bacon or ham and cheese over potatoes.
    Beat together eggs & milk.
    Pour egg mixture over meat & cheese.
    Bake an additional 30 minutes or until set.
