Beef Stew--Crock Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs round steaks, cubed
    flour (to coat steak)
    salt and pepper (to coat steak)
    2 -3 tablespoons oil
    1 dash Worcestershire sauce
    1 dash hot pepper sauce
    1 dash garlic powder
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    1/2 cup red wine
    1 (14 1/2 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
    2 bay leaves
    1/4 cup parsley, chopped
    2 -3 carrots, sliced
    5 medium new potatoes, quartered
    1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
    1 cup frozen peas
    1 whole clove
    3 cups water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Dredge steak in flour, salt and pepper mixture; brown in oil.
    Place in crock pot and add the remaining ingredients.
    Cook for 8-10 hours on low.
