Perfect Vinaigrette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Preparation

Put all ingredients (except oil) in a small bowl.
Using a wire whisk, combine slowly and add oil gradually.
Season with salt and pepper to your own taste.
You can store this in the refrigerator up to one week.
