Homemade Hummus - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans (drained, rinsed)
    1 medium garlic clove, pressed (about 1 teaspoon worth)
    1/4 cup tahini
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
    1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 cup water
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until well combined and smooth - about 45 seconds.
    Place in a resealable container and refrigerate until cold. Hummus is good for 2-3 days.
