Barbados Punch-A-Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    175 g evaporated milk
    325 g condensed milk
    1 cup rum
    1 piece oranges or 1 piece lime rind
    1 teaspoon bitters
Preparation
    Beat eggs well with the rind.
    Remove rind.
    Add milk. Stir well.
    Add rum and bitters and mix thoroughly.
    Bottle.
    Chill and shake well before serving.
