Tangerine & Chili Chicken Wing Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups tangerine juice, fresh squeezed
    1/4 cup honey
    2 tablespoons sugar
    2 tablespoons chili paste with garlic
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Lower heat to a simmer and cook uncovered until it reduces into a syrup-like consistency.
    If you like the sauce hotter, add additional chli-garlic paste.
    Toss wings in this sauce and serve.
