Pesto Oatmeal - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup oats
    3/4 cup water
    2 tablespoons pesto sauce
    1 egg
    1 tablespoon olive oil (for frying)
    cherry tomatoes, cut in half (optional)
Preparation
    Mix together the dry oats and water, microwave for 1.5 minutes.
    Swirl in pesto (and tomatoes if using).
    Fry an egg to desired runniness in olive oil.
    Top pesto oats with egg.
    Enjoy!
