Czech Listy Celestial Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/4 cup cream
    1/4 cup milk
    1/4 cup sugar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 1/4 cups flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs until lemon colored and creamy.
    Stir in cream (I think 1/2 and 1/2 here), milk, sugar, and salt.
    Sift in flour to make a stiff dough.
    Turn out on a floured board and knead 7 minutes until elastic and smooth.
    Cover and let rest 10 minutes.
    Roll out half the dough at a time.
    Cut a center in each piece.
    Fry a few at a time in hot fat 400 degrees Fahrenheit to a golden brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
