Mexican Flaming Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb ground beef
1 lb shredded monterey jack cheese
1 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (8 ounce) jar taco sauce
1 (19 ounce) can chili style tomatoes
1 chopped green pepper
1 onion, chopped
1 package taco seasoning mix
chopped jalapeno pepper
Preparation

Brown the ground beef and drain.
Add remaining ingredients and cook until cheese is melted.
Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 400 degrees (uncovered) for 15 minutes.
Serve with flour tortillas.
