Asparagus Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb fresh asparagus
    3 tablespoons olive oil
    1/2 teaspoon sugar
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
Preparation
    Snap off the ends of the asparagus.Arrange in a 10*15 baking pan with sides.Drizzle with olive oil.
    Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 4 minutes.
    Sprinkle with sugar,salt and pepper.
    I have found that using other veggies will work.I have added cherry tomatos, small onions and red or yellow veggies.
