Ingredients

12 ounces frozen orange juice
2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
2 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup cream of coconut
Preparation

Blend all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until combined. If desired, freeze mixture in ice cube trays. Then blend in blender to serve frozen version.
You could also add ice cubes in the original mixture.
I also want to try Jubes coconut gels in it. Kind of like bubble smoothies. Add about 25 calories for 1 T of gels.
