Orange Butter Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup caster sugar
    2 tablespoons custard powder
    2 oranges, rind of, grated
    2 oranges, juice of
    2 tablespoons butter
    1 cup water
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine all ingredients, bring to the boil & let simmer for 5 minutes.
    Pour into warm sterilised jars, seal & label.
    Keep stored in the refrigerator.
