Morning Bright-Eye Smoothie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 ounces frozen raspberries
    2 cups frozen mango chunks
    6 tablespoons plain yogurt
    1 1/2 cups orange juice
    turbinado sugar, to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into blender. Pulse until frozen fruit is broken well. Blend on high speed until smooth, stirring to ensure thorough mixing.
