Cantaloupe Milkshakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup cantaloupe
1/2 cup milk (approx.)
1 tablespoon sugar (to taste)
1 cup ice
1/4 teaspoon cardamom (AKA -- Elaichi Powder)
Preparation

Fill one cup measure with cantaloupe.
Pour milk over cantaloupe until cup is filled to the top.
Pour milk and cantaloupe into blender.
Add ice, sugar and cardamom.
Blend until smooth and creamy; serve immediately.
