Tahini Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    1 tablespoon tahini (sesame paste)
    2 tablespoons cider vinegar
    1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Preparation
    In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the oil, tahini, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Seal the jar and shake well.
    Makes enough to coat about 6 cups of greens.
