Yummy Boston Clam Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cups diced potatoes
1/2 cup minced onion
1 1/2 cups water
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cans minced clams
2 cups milk
3 teaspoons flour
2 teaspoons butter
Preparation
-
Cook first 5 ingredients with the juice from the clams.
Cook gently until potatoes are tender.
Add clams.
Mix milk and flour.
Stir into soup.
Cook and stir until thickened.
Add butter.
