Vodka Chicken Carbonara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb bow tie pasta
    2 chicken breasts, cubed
    1/2 lb bacon
    1 (14 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
    3/4 cup milk
    1/2 cup vodka
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    4 garlic cloves
    1/2 tablespoon olive oil
    1 tablespoon butter
    black peppercorns
    red pepper flakes or Tabasco sauce
    1 tablespoon flour
    salt
    basil (to garnish)
Preparation
    Add minced garlic, 1/2 tablespoon of garlic and bacon to large sauce pan.
    Fry bacon until somewhat crispy. Add chicken, cook until chicken is no longer pink.
    Add crushed tomatoes, milk, flour, spices, and butter to pan.
    Add vodka.
    Add pasta and simmer until pasta is cooked (salt to taste), adding additional water if the pasta needs more liquid to cook.
    Top pasta dish with basil!
