0 Point Soup (Crock Pot) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 ounce) package spinach
2 carrots, chopped
2 celery ribs, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
4 cups vegetable broth
1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes, diced
2 bay leaves
1 tablespoon basil, dried
1 teaspoon oregano, dried
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
Preparation

Place all ingredients in the crockpot and cook on high for 5 hours or on low for 8-10 hours. Remove bay leaves.
