Tink'S Chicken & Tuna Salad Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
    1 (5 ounce) can albacore tuna in water, drained (or your preferred type)
    1/4 cup red pepper, diced
    1/2 cup celery, diced
    1/4 cup pecans, chopped
    6 dried apricots
    1/4 teaspoon sea salt (or regular table salt)
    1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/8 teaspoon ground mustard
    1/8 teaspoon rosemary, crushed
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
    3/4 cup mayonnaise (or more to taste)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in medium sized bowl.
    Use as a sandwich filler in croissants, rolls, baguettes, tortillas, white or wheat bread. Or simply wrap in a large lettuce leaf.
