Greek Style Sub Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup thinly sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
    6 slices baked ham
    6 slices honey roasted smoked turkey
    1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumber
    2 tablespoons sliced black olives
    2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
    1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
    1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
    2 roma or 1 small tomatoes, thinly sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 (2 1/2 ounce) submarine sandwich rolls
    2 lettuce leaves
Preparation
    1.\tAdd fresh mushrooms, cucumber, olives, feta cheese, balsamic vinegar, dried oregano, tomatoes, and minced garlic to medium bowl.
    2.\tSlice sub sandwich rolls horizontally.
    3.\tPlace lettuce on sandwich bottom. Layer ham and turkey over lettuce.
    4.\tTop turkey bottoms with vegetable mixture using slotted spoons.
    5.\tCover with sandwich roll tops.
