Pineapple Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 ounce) can pineapple tidbits
    6 cups chopped apples
    1 1/2 cups chopped celery
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/4 cup dry roasted sunflower seeds
    1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
    1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
    1/4 cup sugar
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup of the juice.
    In a large bowl, combine the pineapple, apples, celery, raisins and sunflower seeds.
    In a separate bowl, mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, sugar and pineapple juice.
    Add to fruit mixture and toss to coat.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
