Cashew Herb Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup raw cashews
    1 tablespoon miso
    1 tablespoon nutritional yeast, flakes
    1/4 cup parsley, stems and all
    1/4 cup herbs, try oregano, basil, rosemary, thyme
    2 tablespoons sun-dried tomatoes, about 3 small pieces
    2 tablespoons lemon juice, lime juice is also great
    1 garlic clove (optional)
    pepper, to taste
    water, to thin as needed
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
    Add water if necessary to blend or to thin if desired.
