Raita - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
1 cup finely chopped raw vegetables (can be radishes, cucumber, green pepper, green onions, tomatoes or beets)
2 teaspoons finely-minced fresh ginger
1 dash cayenne
1 dash curry powder
Preparation

Stir vegetables into yogurt and vegetables.
Season with a dash of cayenne and curry powder.
