Guiltless Oatmeal Cookie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 bananas, ripe
2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
4 cups gluten-free oats
1/2 cup almond milk
1 cup dried blueberries
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.
Cover baking sheets (may need 2) with aluminum foil.
Peel and mash bananas in a large bowl.
Stir in all other ingredients except oats.
Add oats, one cup at a time.
Using an ice cream scoop, place mixture on baking about an inch apart (they will not spread).
Bake for 20 minutes.
